Notifier SFT-2000 Installation Adapter for Smoke Alarms, box 10 pcs.
This installation adapter allows you to easily mount a smoke detector to a system ceiling. The adapter is attached to the top of the ceiling and has slots into which the screws can be inserted to fix the detector base. On the top of the adapter, there is a holder for inserting cabling or flex tube. The tube or cable can be fixed with cable ties.

A fire detector (smoke / heat detector) should generally be replaced every 10 years. This is the standard service life of most smoke detectors, including those from Jablotron, Notifier and DSC.
Why replace after 10 years?
> Sensor ageing: The smoke detector loses its sensitivity over time.
> Battery wear: Even models with long-life batteries can run out after 10 years.
> Reliability: After 10 years, the risk of faults increases and security systems must always be reliable.
