For all orders in the Netherlands above € 150,- we have FREE shipping.

Germany, Austria, France and Luxembourg

Shipping to Germany, Austria, France and Luxembourg costs € 9,75 for orders under a total of € 250,- (Track & Trace + Insurance).

For all orders to Germany, Austria, France and Luxembourg above € 250,- we have FREE shipping.

EU Remaining

Shipping to the remaining EU countries starts at € 9,75 depending on the weight (Track & Trace + Insurance).

For all orders to the remaining EU countries above € 1.250,- we offer FREE shipping.

NON-EU + World

Credex Alarm Systems ships to ALL DESTINATIONS in the world. The shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of the package (Track & Trace + Insurance).

For all standard products to the NON-EU and the rest of the world above € 2.000,- we offer FREE shipping.

NOTE: For very heavy, large and bulky packages*, delivery via a standard courier may not be possible. Please contact us to see if there are other options.

An order is sent as soon as possible, after receipt of the payment. You will receive a Track & Trace shipping confirmation by e-mail.

For older product-series and/or models, shipping may be slower because we keep lower stocks. Also for new and popular models we can not guarantee delivery within 1 or 2 working days.
