Withdrawal Period

Right of return

We make every effort to fulfill your order to your satisfaction.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of purchase.

This is the so-called cooling-off period or reflection period. 

This period commences on the day the package is received by or on your behalf.

Exclusions

Situations in which the right of return does not apply:

1. Physical damage
2. Incorrect use;
3. (downloadable) Software;
4. Licenses;
5. Camera masts;
6. Sealed products.

 

Conditions

 

1. Sending products is at the expense of the sender.
2. Please ensure that the goods and packaging are in new condition.
3. A restocking fee may be charged for used products.
4. Repaired or replacement products will be sent to you at Credex’s expense.
5. The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment. We therefore advise sending the package by registered mail and keeping the proof of shipment so that you can claim any loss from your carrier.
6. For goods that are returned or refused, the relevant shipping costs will be deducted from the credit note.
