Withdrawal Period

At Credex, we do whatever it takes to deliver service and product to your upmost satifaction.

Withdrawal period

Should you need to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. This is referred to as the withdrawal period.

This period starts on the day the package has been received (by you or for you).

Please Note:

>> These do not apply to (downloadable) software products, licenses, or camera masts.
>> For goods returned or refused by carriers, the relevant shipping costs will be deducted.

RMA

Return shipments need to be handled through our Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) service.

Send us an email with your 'Request for RMA' to rma@credexalarmsystems.eu.

Please take note that products and packaging need to be in their original state, or at least as much as possible, to be accepted on return.
