The Mobeye CML4015 SISTM measures and monitors

Reading out, alarming and logging of sensor values CML4015 Mobeye SISTM. For almost every measurable value a sensor exists. The Mobeye SISTM can read almost any sensor value. Even battery powered if necessary.

Monitoring of universal analog sensors
The Mobeye SISTM measures values of almost any industrial sensor. The inputs of the SISTM read the output values and convert them into meaningful parameters. If (min./max.) limit values have been set and these are exceeded, the contact persons receive an alarm message. Periodically, the sensor values are logged and displayed in an online portal.

Measurement of analog values
The Mobeye SISTM is a 2-channel module, suitable for sensors with a range of 4-20mA, 0-1V, 0-10V and and anything in between. The SISTM provides periodic logging and data synchronisation to the portal. An LTE-M 4G + 2G communication module is integrated.

External voltage vs battery powered
Depending on the version, the CML4015 and the sensors can run completely on batteries or on a 12-24VDC voltage source.

The CML4015-HP uses external power for the SISTM and sensors. With continuous measurement on the sensors, an alarm message is initiated if the set limit is under or exceeded. The power supply is then immediately monitored. If this fails, a message will follow.

The CML4015-LP is fully battery powered and provides the power supply for the SISTM and sensors. The CML4015-LP periodically measures the sensors, with an adjustable interval and warm-up time of the sensors. The measured values are logged. If the alarm limit falls below or is exceeded, an alarm message is issued.

Alarm messages
Per alarm input a min./max. alarm limit is adjustable. In an alarm situation, the Mobeye CML4015 sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail. The message also contains the actual values. For push messages, you can choose between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can confirm the push message, so that the other contacts no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients confirms the push message, a call will still go out. The number of contacts is unlimited.

SIM card and portal
The SISTM works with the Mobeye SIM card, including access to the Mobeye Portal and the Mobeye Messages app. With the Mobeye sim card, communication is over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fallback.
