False Alarm Protection:
The MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) Jeweller is equipped with a system with two independent PIR sensors that use the SmartDetect and LISA software algorithms to collect enough data to determine whether there is a real threat.
SmartDetect constantly analyzes the thermal diagram of the PIR sensors: the intensity of IR radiation, the size of the thermal spots, movement speed, and other parameters. LISA compares the frequency components of sensor signals: it is a technology that guarantees detector accuracy. Provided the detector is properly installed and configured, the detector does not respond to common sources of false alarms and pets under 80 cm high.

Angles and Range:
The detection distance can be adjusted from 3 to 15 meters using the slider bar on the back of the detector. Setting the correct detection distance helps prevent false alarms.

Photo Verification:
MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) Jeweller equipped with built-in camera shows the current situation at the building. There are three types of photo verification: by alarm, scenario and on demand. The user can request and view photos with one click in the Ajax app.

Photo by alarm:
A built-in camera is turned on when the detector is activated and motion is detected. Only users with access to the event log and security company employees can see the photos.

Photo at scenario:
A detector camera automatically takes photos when Ajax fire detectors are activated.

Photo on demand:
The user can take photos at any time or when the detectors are activated (depending on settings). Photos on demand are not sent to the security company's monitoring center.
