Configuration tips for SMSProduct is rather good but complicated and not really "user friendly".
To activate SMS sending pay special attention to the following:
Be sure about your own SMS center number.
Telephone line supervision should be disabled (to be tested)
Line codes detection enabled should be disabled (to be tested)
And very important:
Enable SMS and audible alerts must be on owner settings
It took me several months to make it work !
