Description An Intratone intercom system is completely wireless and therefore quick and easy to install in both new construction and existing (renovation) buildings. Users benefit from increased freedom. They can communicate with the caller by phone from anywhere and even decide to open the door remotely. Security is enhanced by the built-in camera in the panel. The intercom system connects wirelessly to a landline phone or device such as a mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. The resident can communicate directly with the caller. Communication typically takes place via video calling or regular phone calls if the user does not have a smartphone or tablet. The user can decide whether or not to open the door, regardless of location. The system is programmed remotely via the internet. This intercom has 16 call buttons and comes with the small control panel (item code IT-CENTR-03-0102-EU). The intercom has a stainless steel finish.

The message below concerns the use of the so-called Mobile Key, which can be created via the portal, allowing a user to switch the relay via a (mobile) phone to directly control the (roller) door, gate, or fence remotely.

More and more phone providers no longer allow "flash calling." Previously, when you made a call with your mobile phone, the line would ring and be disconnected shortly afterward, costing the caller nothing. From now on, the call will ring on your mobile phone and be briefly recorded (approximately 2 to 3 seconds). If you have a Dutch/EU unlimited call plan, this won't affect you; however, if you have a Dutch/EU limited call plan, your provider may charge you. 

In summary:
Mobile phones with a Dutch/EU unlimited call plan: No additional charges will be incurred.
Mobile phones with a Dutch/EU limited call plan: Charges may be incurred.

Intratone GSM units have a French network card. Please check with your network provider in advance what the costs will be when calling another country in the European Union.
