Voor de aankoop van een jablotron alarm zijn we langsgeweest, dit kon gewoon 's avonds en daarbij hebben we uitgebreid advies gekregen. Daarna zelf aan de hand van het advies het alarm geïnstalleerd en alle sensoren gekoppeld. Mysupport gebeld en alle instellingen doorgelopen, daarbij kregen we nog een aantal tips en konden we nog vragen stellen. Hele goede service dat mysupport en ook gratis bij de aankoop van het systeem! Martijn

Ruim een jaar in bezit van Jablotron en naar volle tevredenheid. Kwam niet uit een aantal dingen en via een chat op de website (top!!) en ook nog op zondag (!) via de online hulp met rust en aandacht uitstekend middels Teamviewer geholpen. Systeem en klantenservice van een zeer hoog niveau.

Heel leuk om zelf aan de slag te kunnen met de programmatie van je eigen alarmsysteem maar ik had toch een aantal settings die me niet helemaal duidelijk waren. Via MySupport heeft Credex me in no time verder kunnen helpen. Helemaal TOP!

First I was struggling to buy it but in reality it is worth to go for it. Easy to handle and you can use it to set or unset 2 areas or to have the keys 3 and 4 for separate actions. And specialty is to have a bidirectional information. if you set or unset the alarm, you will get feedback through the lights. Very nice, indeed!

This is a must have, the team from Credex enabled it just within minutes and I am using this regularly to check the status the logs and the pictures. And if you have forgotten to set your alarm system, just switch to the app and set it - never again, I have to go back to set the alarm system - super...

This is the first self-sufficient external sirene I have found on the web. Great sound and nice flashing (programmable with the software). Easy to install and to fix it due to the 'spirit level' and no electrical external power needed. Tip: 1 battery is included, if you like just by another one :-) ...you can use 2 batteries in the siren. I have also ordered the stainless steel cover, great look and feel!

Nice in design and simple to install. Fotos are great to see what has been during an alarm (verification). HD-quality is also nice. Tried it also with the App on the smartphone, great feature.
