Each time I open the app by clicking on the icon I have to enter my username. So I do not power down or reboot my telephone.

How can I solve this?

Delete the app from your smartphone and login again. This should solve it.

Als ik inlog in mijn MyJablotron app zie ik steeds 'tamper alarm' (rode balk) staan terwijl dit sabotage alarm reeds is verholpen.

Waarom is dit?

Het kan zijn dat er nog alarm meldingen in het geheugen staan.

Je kunt deze wissen door op het keypad de Mastercode in te toetsen gevolgd door enter, kies dan: 'clear alarm mem. indication' / 'wis alarmgeheugen indicatie'.

In the app you can put the system in maintenance mode to change a battery, i.e. do some maintenance. Apart from the maintenance mode you can also block a detector. By blocking a detector the device will not trigger an alarm but the tamper contacts and faults are still monitored.
