Guarantee procedure

In case an item does not function accordingly or to your satisfaction. With the RMA service (Return Merchandise Approval) we aim for transparency, helping you to send the product back to our shop through clear and easy instructions. Customers are offered the possiblilty to return the products (Right of Withdrawal within 14 days) to have them refunded, replaced or sent in for repairs.

    If you need to return an item, please follow the directions:
  • Create your own RMA-number or contact our Customer Service desk for an RMA no. (tel +31 207 372 372) e-mail rma@credexalarmsystems.eu;
  • As soon as you have your RMA no, send us the item and take care the item is securely wrapped for mail delivery/ shipment;
  • The shipment should clearly contain: your address, telephone number and also a description of the problem together with the RMA no.;
  • Customers bear the risk for the return shipment. We therefore recommend the package be sent by registered delivery and to keep proof of shipment for claim purposes with your carrier, in case of possible loss or damage.


We offer this Online Service as an efficient method of controlling the return or exchange of your products, ensuring visibility and traceability for a satisfactory completion of the transaction.

Return product service (RMA)

Withdrawal period

At Credex, we do whatever it takes to deliver service and product to your upmost satifaction. Should you need to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. This is referred to as the withdrawal period . This period starts on the day the package has been received (by you or for you). Return shipments need to be handled through our Return Merchandise Request (RMA) service. Please take note that products and packaging need to be in their original state, or at least as much as possible, to be accepted on return.

Our webshop services to answer any questions you might have about a product. Each specific product has a 'more info' button, to help you find the information you need or just to read up on other interesting Q and A's.

The Product Questions tab on the product page enables you to ask a question directly to the Support Desk. The store Support Desk reviews the incoming questions and answers them a.s.a.p.. More important: now there is the possibility for other store visitors to give an answer! The most helpful questions are shown first, both the Support Desk and visitors can rate helpfulness. 

The question and answer appear together on the same page below the product description. All Q&As relevant to multiple items can be assigned to other product on our site as well.

With an account you can speed up the payment process, save multiple shipping addresses, view and track orders. From your Account Dashboard you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity, helpdesk questions, RMA status and you can either reject, edit or accept your quotation.

Order Pick-up

Can I pick up my order? This is indeed a possibility, for which you need to make an appointment. We will have your purchase waiting for you and ready-to-go. Also, we can offer advice - even a demo- or answer any questions you might have to help you for your installation. Payment can be done beforehand or in person.


Delivery

Shipping Costs + Insured Delivery

Credex Alarm Systems ships alarm systems to all destinations in the world. Shipment within the Benelux for purchase orders exceeding € 100,00 are delivered free of charge. Calculate your shipping costs in My Cart at checkout by selecting your country of delivery. All shipments have Track & Trace + Insurance. Your order will be sent as soon as possible (within 1 working day) upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email. The status of your order will be listed as shipped. Should you prefer to pick up your purchase order in person, please contact us to make an appointment.

Delivery Address

Exemption from VAT

Unless specified otherwise, all prices displayed in our webshop are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is a tax that is required to be paid by consumers living within the European Union (EU). Since Credex Alarm Systems is based in the Netherlands, the VAT applied to all our goods is 21%. If you are a company based in a European Union member country and you have entered a valid Intracom VAT number, no VAT will be applied and prices are exclusive VAT.

If you - company or consumer - DO NOT live in a European Union member country you DO NOT have to pay VAT. When proceeding to checkout, VAT prices will automatically be shown and applied exclusive VAT, not depending on your country of origin and/or VAT status criteria.
